Having issues with your Heating/cooling equipment? Our highly skilled technicians can fix it! We offer 24 hour service, just call 636-680-2100. Please note that residential work is performed COD. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
Seasonal Clean and Check – $126.00*
Cooling Seasonal Clean and Check
All Cooling Clean and Checks Include:
Clean the condenser coil
Check the condenser coil
Check the refrigerant charge
Clean the air filter, or replace with customer supplied filter
Run a brush across the blower blades and vacuum if needed
Calibrate the thermostat if necessary
Lubricate the furnace blower motor
Leak test the refrigerant connections
If equipped, turn off the humidifier water supply
Wipe off the condensing unit and furnace
Heating Seasonal Clean and Check
All Heating Clean and Checks Include:
Safety inspection of the heat exchanger
Visual inspection of the flue and flue pipe
Safety check of the high limit control
Clean the pilot and the burners
Adjust or calibrate the fan control
Realign the burners for proper ignition
Lubricate the blower and/or inducer motors
Calibrate the thermostat if necessary
Check heat anticipator settings
Clean the air filter, or replace with customer supplied filter
Check heating cycle for proper operation
